NEOTech’s story began in 1975 when Sudesh Arora acquired NATEL, a small electronics manufacturing company with a vision for growth through strong customer relationships and innovative problem-solving. This commitment to partnership laid the foundation for success, with milestones like securing a pivotal role in the renowned Stinger missile program in 1986—a program still supported today. Over the years, NATEL expanded its capabilities, adding ceramic substrate manufacturing, HTCC, and microelectronics assembly through strategic acquisitions aligned with OEM partner needs.
In 2013, NATEL acquired EPIC Technologies, a well-established mid-tier EMS company with a heritage dating back to 1988. EPIC’s growth included expanding from the U.S. into Mexico in 2002, as well as acquiring Siemens’ EMS operations in Tennessee and Ohio in 2005, further diversifying its customer base and market reach.
The pivotal merger between NATEL and OnCore in 2015 gave birth to NEOTech. Founded in 2007, OnCore brought together several regional EMS companies—NuVisions, DDI, Veritek, and later Victron—into a globally competitive EMS provider. OnCore expanded manufacturing into Mexico and China and strengthened NEOTech’s engineering services through unified IT systems and supply chain management.
Today, NEOTech combines the expertise of NATEL, EPIC, and OnCore, forming the “NEO” from the initials of these three companies. With a legacy rooted in innovation and customer-focused service, NEOTech has evolved into a leading technology and manufacturing partner, offering OEMs a complete suite of end-to-end solutions.
Our mission is clear: we transform your innovative ideas into engineered products, connect you with the industry’s best supply chain, manufacture with exceptional care, and deliver on time. NEOTech stands out for its commitment to trust, integrity, and excellence—values that guide us every step of the way.
