Jon Good is the General Manager of the NEOTech Longmont facility. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Colorado State University and achieved his Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification in 2019. He has spent almost 21 years with the Longmont operation in a series of positions with increasing levels of responsibility beginning as a Process Engineer and moving through the manufacturing management ranks through the years. His most recent position was as Business Unit Director for the site where he was responsible for all manufacturing, warehousing, and planning functions as well as leading the site’s continuous improvement program. Jon is a founder of the Longmont operation and knows the sites capabilities better than anyone. Jon believes in respect, working hard and satisfying customers while building some of our nation’s top technology that keep our war fighters safe. He loves to fish, camp, garden, barbecue, and work in the shop.
