Alan is a defense and aerospace industry veteran with a multi-decade experience in leading sales organizations and has strong background in electronics products and services in support of Tier 1 and 2 prime contractors and systems integrators. Most recently, Alan served as the Division Vice President, Sales & Marketing and Business Development at Abaco Systems. Prior to Abaco, Alan Served as the Senior Director and Global Key Account Manager at Sanmina – SCI Technology in Huntsville, Strategic Customer Director at Ducommun Inc.’s Electronic Systems group. Earlier in his career, Alan was with TSC/PIVC LLC, Baron Services and STMicroelectronics.
In this strategic role, Alan will spearhead NEOTech’s business development team executing the strategic plans, expanding the current customer base. Alan will be responsible for developing a comprehensive and focused strategic plan to achieve growth and improve performance. In addition, Alan will be responsible in establishing tactical action plans, engaging the cross functional teams to implement and execute this plan.
Alan holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering with a concentration in optical engineering and digital electronics from The University of Alabama, Huntsville. Alan is a U.S. Army Officer Candidate School (OCS) graduate, and veteran of the Army, Army Reserves and Alabama National Guard.
